I admit that this company has not started the project yet due to some delay's on my end...let me repeat that...my doing on the delay, not Functional Floors...but i have spoke withn Chris the owner and kept him involved in what i am going to do as far as having his company do the work!!! I was very pleased with his estimate for the job and his explaining of exactly how the process will go...looking very much to do business with this company in the next 30 days or so!!!

Great experience overall. The project took longer than expected, but that was because I opted to have some boards replaced. They sanded, stained, and sealed my hardwood floors, and installed base and shoe molding. It looks great! Chris and his crew always showed up on time or early. I would highly recommend Functional Floors to anyone I know.
