Great overall experience! Jason and Brandon did an amazing job refinishing the hardwood floors in my home! I couldn’t be happier with the results, the floors are beautiful!

Footprints had a very good group of subcontractors do my job. They were meticulous, prompt, courteous, and efficient. Customer service was excellent too (scheduling, phone calls, texts, etc). The floor looks gorgeous

Adnand and the crew were professional. The job was completed on time and as promised. The floors look beautiful.

The estimator and the project supervisor were very disconnected. I was hounded quite a bit for my deposit with very few options on how to submit payment. Once the project started there is minimal communications on timing, the people doing the work were also very disconnected from project supervisor. It was a very frustrating project with communication issues, left lights on when they left and we couldn't turn them off because of the floors, and schedule issues.

Salesman was professional and confident but the actual workers would show up late or not have all the equipment causing delays. Which made them try to install the baseboards before the sealant coat was applied. And after convincing them, they came back a couple of days later to install the baseboards. They appeared rushed, since I had to nail punch 40% of the nails after they left because they were sticking out. Clearly they did not waiting long enough for the nail gun the charge before nailing again. While laying on the floor punching nails in, I noticed all the imperfections in the floor itself, things stick under the poly, like white paint from the previous quarter round, holes that did not get filled in etc. I am glad it was only one room, which I am going to have redone when I refinish the rest of my house.

Last minute delay was a problem, but they did a great job scrambling to get back on schedule. Quality of outcome very much appreciated!

My floor contractor passed away unexpectedly before he could finish a 400sqft roomâ s wood floors. The Footprints team jumped in to save the day just 2 days before our moving truck arrives with our things. They evaluated, priced, and sent a team over ON THE WEEKEND to do the job. While we knew we had to let the floors cure before placing furniture snd rugs, it was amazing to have the job completed quickly. We will call them again for future needs.

My project was installed in a very reasonable amount of time (compared to HomeDepot and another quote). Pricing was comparable to other quotes. Project Managers were in direct contact with me throughout project and followup. Great work project results, customer service and followup. Highly recommend!
