This company was very professional over the phone and in person. It was my pleasure to have a good experienced team come and do the work that was needed to fix my broken Furnance. Lonnie and Bill the gentlemen who came and serviced my Furnance were top notch. They had to replace a DSI ignition board which is usually a quick snap in replacement, but the replacement board that was sent to me was one that for it to work Bill had to rewire the system, change a broken sensor and I think he had to also do some other stuff. Long story short the guys said they were not going to leave my house until my furnace was fixed and I was satisfied. Yes, if needed again Elite is my first call.

They were so friendly when I called and were able to get someone out to diagnose the problem the next day. The technician was on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he did it and answered all my questions honestly. He was very upfront on the costs and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything or push any additional services that weren't warranted.

I asked them to come out and look at my HVAC because I didn't think it was working 100%. They looked at it for 20 minutes, said it was working fine, then charged me $90. I won't be using them again.

The company staff and owner (who did the repairs) are very professional and helpful. During the repair it was discovered that the problem was due to improper installation of my 10 yr old furnace and thermostat so that the energy efficient features did not work. This caused the motor to burn out prematurely. Fortunately a new part and thermostat fixed the problem. Now my furnace is working properly and the difference is noticeable. I will be staying with Elite for any future service needed.

Bob and the crew at EHC were awesome. While here were some communication issues in the beginning, they more than made up for it with the installation process and quality of work. Bob originally did the quote and he was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood why he was pointing out what he was / found, etc. Ryan was the main installer, and he was extremely professional, timely and courteous with our home. The smallest hiccups that come with an installation job during what is a HVAC busy season are to be expected and Kaitlynn handled them all accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very knowledge and helpful. The furnace failed during the latest winter cold snap. They gave me some hints o help me keep the house from getting too cold until they could get here. They were here the day after I called: they did however, come out the day I called to try and rig the furnace to last the night ( it did work for a few hours).

We are a family of 5 with our youngest having asthma. After Elite came out to service our furnace we were informed that a duct cleaning would relieve our sons symptoms or a least lessen them. Elite came out with their duct cleaning personnel and they gave us a in depth description of what they were going to do. Once they were in our duct work they showed us photos of what was laying in wait. I was shocked! I now see that we were recirculating the dirt and debris back through our system and our son was breathing this causing him to have attacks. Mark and Ryan from Elite worked tirelessly to remove everything from our system. Once they cleaned they sanitized with a fog that worked its way through our duct system to continue to kill any organism left behind. After they finished they showed me pictures of the finished product and all I can say is that I breathed a sigh of relief. Since that day Elite has installed a hepa filter and  UV lights and our son has been attack free. I owe my sons health to Elite heating and cooling. No other company could have done what they did for me and my family. Thank you Elite, you guys are life savers!

Ryan and mark showed up on time walked me through the process and were very professional. The price was great and the before and after pictures were a great touch.

They were very careful moving the drier and removing and reinstalling the pipe.

The crew from Elite was very professional. I was under the assumption I was going to have to replace my dryer. My wife constantly has to run our dryer through numerous cycles to get clothes dry. Upon arrival Mark quickly checked to make sure my dryer vent was connected. They proceeded to use a high pressure air system to pull the clogs of lint from the piping. I was in awe to see the balls of lint tumble from the pipe. It then dawned on me that this could have caused a fire. Ryan and Mark cleaned up all the lint mess and left me with a smile on my face and a sense of security that my issue was resolved. See you next year, Ted

When first calling about our intermittently operating furnace, Elite first recommended we call the gas company to make sure enough gas was coming into the home. Sure enough, there wasn't quite enough -- we really appreciated Elite's candor and willingness to troubleshoot over the phone to attempt to save us the $90 service call fee. After the gas company came out, we unfortunately still had the same issue so a service call was scheduled with Elite for the next day. Ryan came on time and fixed the issue quickly but still stuck around to make sure his fix really was the issue, testing other components of the furnace. We were super impressed with their customer service and will definitely recommend Elite to our friends.

Our heat went out on our furnace during a very cold and snowy night. We called three companies for emergency after hour service. Bob from Elite Heating and Cooling was the first to respond. He told us that he would be out within the hour to take a look at the problem. (One of the two other companies did finally call back and wanted $189 just to come out and diagnose at the problem). Bob arrived around 10pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. Elite Heating and Cooling charged us $257 for the complete repair including the bad control board. I would highly recommend Bob Howard and Elite Heating and Cooling. Their customer service skills are exceptional.

This was the first call to Bob for service. We were unable to get either of two other contractors we'd used in the past to come out-both were scheduled 2-3 days out. And it was freezing in the house. Bob was able to make the call because of a cancellation but he indicated he would have come out that day even if it had been really late. It turned out to be a clogged exhaust pipe which he quickly diagnosed, gave us suggestions on modifying the bend of the pipe to avoid future problems. Fair price and it was dandy to feel that warm air again. Will call him again....oh...and he took his boots off before entering the house. Great service.
