Drains Unlimited

Bill was very professional and his work was excellent. He explained what needed to be done and why. He completed the work timely and did a great job cleaning up after the job. He even did some extra work free of charge. His pricing was great too! The next time I need a plumber, I will call Drains Unlimited without hesitation.

My home's drain backed up on a Sunday while doing laundry.  I called Drains Unlimited and asked for an appointment ASAP.  They promised to be out the next morning, Monday, at 9 AM.  They showed up promptly, it was the owner (Bill) and his son. I felt bad because it was very cold and snowy outside but they took it in stride and went to work.  They quickly found the drain cleanout which, for my house (concrete slab), is outside in the front yard and began snaking out the drain.  They cleared it out and got the drain working again and also verified all of the other drains in the house such as bathroom tub and sink and the laundry sink.  Bill and his son were very professional and very efficient.  They took the time to explain to me what was going on and what they were doing.  They offered different options I could take without any pressure and let me make the decisions which I appreciated. All in all a very good experience for a messy situation.  I will definitely call Bill of Drains Unlimited on an annual basis to have him do preventative cleanouts in the future and any other plumbing jobs that may come up.
