EVERYSTEP OF THE WAY WAS A GOOD EXPERIANCE. FROM THE SELECTION OF THE GRANITE TO THE MEASUREMENTS TO THE INSTALLATION. THIER PEOPLE CALLED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL AND SHOWED UP ON THE DAY AND TIME THAT WAS SCHEDULED. BEAUTIFUL JOB.

The work was completed on time. They came out and did the initial measurement and made the template for the new countertop. They gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take to complete the fabrication. It took the exact amount of time they said. Installation was easy. The two gentlemen arrived with the granite pieces and even construction a small support section for the smaller piece. They left with no mess behind.

They did everything they said they would, and there were no surprises. They also responded quickly for some touch-up in the under-edge of the counter-top and came in the next day and finished off a couple of rough spots. The prep and plumbing were done seperate from the install, and both teams were courteous, helpful, and professional. The only down-side was a few days lapse between the install and final plumbing work. |I plan on using CSW for bathroom countertops in the near future

Overall we were pleased with CSW. Their selection of granite is not as great as some places, but if you find what you like, you can get it for a great price. We were remodeling our kitchen and visited at least 4-5 granite stores for new counter tops. We saved about $1000 by using CSW.

The selection of granite at CSW seems to change fairly frequently so if you visit the store today and a month from now, you may find a very different selection to choose from. They also do not allow you to pick the individual slab you will purchase. That may be a deal breaker for some people but the selection they have seems to be fairly consistent from one slab to the next. It's a trade off we were willing to make to get such a great price.

We were pleased with the service and installation, with one major exception. We ordered a 2 bowl stainless steel sink with a larger bowl on the right. When they came to install the counters, we discovered that they had cut the granite to have the larger bowl on the left. Since this was their mistake, they swapped out the sink and also covered the cost to replace the faucet (which had to be changed to a different style) and threw in a few oth extras. This turned out fine, but could have been a huge problem if we had not ordered the sink directly from them, so they had a replacement that would fit.

Our new counters look great and we are pleased with the work they did.

We had a great experience with CSW. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and professional. They were punctual and did a wonderful job on our countertops. Tony was very helpful answering questions of ours that came up during the process. We recommend them with enthusiasm!

I was very impressed with CSW. We went into the store 15 minutes before closing and stayed to order and set up an appointment for measuring. We never felt like they were trying to rush us (even though in talking we found out he was leaving as soon as we were done, to go on vacation). The people we came into contact with from CSW...the salesman, the measurer, and and the installers were all nice, , positive, professional people who did excellent work. Our bathrooms like great and we are very pleased. Would definitely use them again for any other stone work we needed.

Salesman was honest with complete up front pricing- each workman, the plumber, the rip out man, the pattern maker were most friendly and talkative. The granite installers were the best. Took time to make it perfect- the seams are invisible!

Very good experiences both times. Nice selection of granite at their showroom. No pressure selling and no changes from their original quotes/estimates. Friendly, and punctual installers and both jobs were high quality. Also, we found the pricing competitive and their free tear out/plumbing was great. Would definitely use them a third time if the need ever arose.

Overall, a very positive experience, and the results are absolutely stunning. We shopped at several locations. While one of the lower bids, this was not the lowest. However, we were most comfortable with the people and how we were treated, the stone selected, and also a positive review on Angie's List. The two slightly lower bidders had either very negative reviews, or no reviews, so this tipped the scale toward Custom Stone Works. The appointments for measuring and installation were kept exactly on time, and the people who came were friendly and very helpful. The two guys who did the installation were very careful, and did an outstanding job. We couldn't be more pleased.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICE THAT I COULD FIND. THEY DID THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WE HAD A TINY PROBLEM BUT, THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY.
