They are conscientious, do a thorough job, I think the price is reasonable, and they always come when they say they will. They are a very small outfit, and it has always been the same man doing the cleaning so he knows us and all that. It is maybe a one or two man outfit.

Cranbrook has been cleaning my carpeting for 30 years! I have pets and I call them twice a year. I wouldn't call anyone else. I can't say enough good things so I'll save the space. Don't hesitate to take advantage of this fine company.

Cliff, the owner and his staff are always on time, rapid to respond, especially when there is a serious need, and polite. I have no problem leaving them in the house to lock up if I must leave before they are done. They always try to address the problems at hand and if there is a persistent problem, they return rapidly to resolve it. They offer on-phone emergency information and they are certified experts. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I listed $100 because this program will not let you file unless you enter something. The truth is that their prices are high end, but appropriate for their skill level.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THIS FINE COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE INCREDIBLE JOB THEY DID ON THE FLOORS. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT I WILL TELL ANYBODY ABOUT.

IT WAS EASY FOR ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST THAT WE FOUND. I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LONGER, BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WELL IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
