I was truly impressed with everyone involved from Crain Heating & Cooling. The meeting with Cody for an assessment of my furnace replacement to the scheduling for the new install. Very pleased with the technicians professionalism and explanation of the operation of my new unit. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Brandon and Matt came out to replace my old furnace and install a new one. Both were professional, nice and did a great job. Cody who came out to give me a quote on the project was great as well, everything was as agreed upon and they were out within 24 hours to install. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work,

Good price. Serviceman polite. I wasn't notified prior to installation that there would be a difference in the size fitting of the air conditioner and newly installed furnace where they would need to tape units to fit properly.

Crain installed my new furnace April 2019, very professional. Today they came back and checked my duct work and replaced my filter. I will always call CRAIN.

Working with Crain Heating and Cooling was a great experience. My furnace stopped working and I got a quote from a different company that seemed high. I had Crain provide me a quote for a new furnace and it significantly under the first quote. The sales rep lent me two space heaters to run over the weekend to ensure my pipes did not freeze. Later that day the front office called to confirm the appointment and the asked if I had a place to stay that was warm, I really appreciated the concern. When the crew came to install the furnace they were very professional and explained exactly what they would do. They even ran the new wire for my new thermostat. At the end of the appointment they cleaned up and the furnace space was cleaner after they left than before they started. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new furnace.
