The house search went beautifully!  From the minute we met Bob we knew he was a seasoned professional and he thoroughly understood the process, the market and would be able to guide is in the right direction.  We were not disappointed.  He made himself available in the evenings to view hours in order to accommodate our work schedules and went out of his way to show us everything for sale within our range and wish list to ensure that once we settled upon a home, it was exactly what we were looking for.
When it came time to negotiate the purchase price and present the purchase agreement, he was there every step of the way.  Answered any and all questions quickly and thoroughly.   His negotiation skills with the selling realtor and sellers were masterful.  We were totally at ease during the closing process as Bob had already walked us through what to expect and we knew he had all the bases covered prior to the closing.   The closing meeting and purchase process could not have gone more smoothly.
