Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting on main floor and stairway. 3 large rooms plus stairway and small hall.

Description of Work: I described my expectations to the contractor over the phone when I contacted him. I told him what part of the carpet I wanted him to clean. I told him that the carpet was old, had not been cleaned for a long time, and had stains and spots that would not come out and that I did not expect him to get them out but just to do the best he could. He told me he needed a water source and that he could use the faucet in the basement for the laundry tubs. The company representative cleaned the carpet on the stairs and landing going to the second floor, the hallway on the second floor, the entry into the living room from the foyer, the entry into the dining room from the kitchen and going into the dining room.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaned by method of net water extraction. Rooms included dining room, living room, family room, and stairs. Extra stain removal and deodorizer.

Description of Work: I moved out of my condo while it was still for sale. I hired American Carpet Care & Janitorial to come in and ''turn over'' the unit to get it ready for showing. They were absolutely fabulous! Not only did they get the carpets cleaner than they were the day that I moved in, but they also cleaned the entire home, put new caulking in each bathroom, scrubbed water stains, and cleaned/dusted all major appliances (refrigerator, oven, furnace, A/C, water heater, etc.). I was incredibly pleased with the services they provided, and their prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I am now in my new home and continue to use American Carpet Care on all of my carpet cleaning and auto detailing. They are wonderful!
