AMERICAN CARPET CARE & JANITORIAL

I have used American Carpet Care over and over for years because they always arrive on time, get started on cleaning right away and do a great job. I've used their residential house cleaning service as well with the same results. I've got a couple of dogs and once Adam's done you can't tell that there are any pets at all in the house. The carpet is just a bit damp when they're done, unlike the soaking mess I've been left with by other cleaners. I've recommended them to at least a dozen people over the years and they've thanked me and recommended American Carpet Care to their friends as well.

The owner, Adam, arrived 15 minutes early. Very polite and thorough. Took about 1 hour and carpet looks great. Removed pretty much all of food and pet stains on family room carpet. Will do business with this company again in the future.

The company representative arrived on time, 10 AM, worked hard with good equipment, and cleaned the carpet to my satisfaction in less than an hour. He got out some carpet spots that I did not expect him to. He removed his equipment, presented a bill, took my payment, and departed. I got what I paid for.

I have a family of six rambucious boys, ranging in the ages of 15 and 3. Needless to say, carpet stains are not hard to find in my home. American Carpet has cleaned by carpet for the last two years, and you would never know that my children live in the house when they are finished. I would recommend them to everyone!
