Keith did a great job mounting the doorbell, making sure it worked as expected and offered hints on getting the most out of the device. He also informed me of other ways to expand the system. Great job, good deal all around. I've already recommended him to others.

Keith was prompt and helpful in suggestions for fitting a system that best suited my home. His estimate was the most reasonable of the three, and he did exactly what he proposed for the amount agreed upon. He then took the time to explain each camera and its function and helped in setting each one up for the optimum coverage. He didn't leave until I was totally satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone for these services.

It went really well. As a former lead contractor building homes I have dealt with hundreds of trades people. There is a spectrum in my experience. Some do great work and are punctual but lack in customer service. Some have good customer service and lack in execution. Advanced Insight hit all of the execution and customer service out of the park. Keith clearly means to run a successful business as he is one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. It should be noted I don't know him outside of this work he performed and we did not become friends during our business transaction. This review is based solely on the merit (and breath of fresh air)of the work he performed. Keep up the good work Keith!

Keith came over , free of charge, to access the situation. He contacted me when he was able to evaluate the problem and come up with a solution. It was timely, gave a quote prior to doing the work, stuck to the quote and got the job done. The cameras work great and are reliable. Keith works with your availability, works efficiently when he arrives and was professional and arrived when he said he would arrive, even earlier, which was great! The whole installation process went excellent and the system works great.

It went very well and our service tech Keith was professional and patient with our internet service provider when a problem on their end presented challenges. Because of this delay with extra time added, he included another trip back to detail additional options on our system, asked questions and updated additional options to review on a tablet. I will highly recommend Advance Insight and Keith in the future. Very happy I hired Advance Insight for this install as there is much more to it than just mounting a few cameras. P.S. Keith reviewed our place and needs in advance prior to his install and went over everything I had with me and addressed our needs compared to what we purchased to ensure we had what we needed. P. S. They work terrific!! I will definitely use them again.
