Very nice to talk to. Pricing is good. Did not start the job when quoted. Dragged out the job while doing other higher price jobs. Did a poor job of reseeding my yard due to heavy equipment damage. Damaged my hose reel and left the site like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else.
Has a very poor response time when responding back to your phone calls. Hard to get a hold of.

I am not easy to please. I want what I want, how I want it. Steve, for the most part showed the patience of a saint. I was on a deadline which is difficult when working with Mother Nature's schedule. Although, the job wasn't completed when planned, Steve and his crew adjusted the item timeline to have what was needed for an annual family gathering deadline, then completing the balance afterward. His ideas and work ethic were greatly appreciated. I'll be using him again in the future and have recommended him to friends and neighbors.
