Ken Lee Well Drilling

My pump kept running every 5 minutes, so my husband suspected that there was a leak. So we called the number of the company that had done the work for us six years ago when we had a new pump, new well and pipes put in. Ken Lee Well Drilling obviously hijacked that phone number. When we called that phone number, they took our call and came out. They told us that all the parts and pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. They were only in there six years, so that didn’t make a lot of sense. They said that it could be leaking anywhere, so they took the old one out and put the new one in. The old pipes were not corroded at all. Then the same thing happened, it kept leaking again. The next thing I know there was water everywhere. They came back and haul it up again. They found that it was one of the things my husband already told them it was. But they ripped the whole thing out and charged us. Then they wanted to charge us more money after they ripped the whole lawn up again. We didn’t pay them the additional. They did work that didn’t need to be done and charged us for it. Finally, they came out and found the problem, which my husband told them was the problem in the first place. I would not recommend them.
