We noticed cracks in the concrete in our brand new pole barn and called the company about it. He informed us he tried something new and used zip strips to create expansion cracks instead of a saw to cut the concrete. We now have zig zagging cracks & chipping concrete instead of nice looking expansion joints. The company told us they were coming back to fix it. When they didn't we called and texted to ask them when they were coming to repair the floor. They have ignored us and it has been all summer. At this point they are blowing us off and not fixing what they messed up. It's not our fault or problem that the new technique didn't work and we have cracks. This pole barn was built almost a year ago and we still aren't able to use it as we are waiting for the repairs. Will never recommend this company to anyone, ever!!!
