Crews arrive early and perform a clean, precise product installation. But the true selling point is the sales process and project completion. During the the quote, owner Chad Beard, was the only contractor who pointed out issues that needed to be addressed on the home and provided solutions. His explanations were thorough and informative to the point that I had talking points for subsequent quotes from other companies. It made it quite easy to eliminate other options. Both owners were available to answer additional questions prior to starting the project. Stephen, the project manager, was fantastic to deal with. Personable and detail oriented. You’re in good hands if you can’t be on site during the roof installation. Overall, communication is excellent and the entire process is straightforward and efficient.
