Gregory's Came to our house to attempt to fix our ice maker for the 5th time. They told us they would need to order a part from Whirlpool (the third time they will have replaced that part), but they could not tell us when the part would be in because it just didn't work that way. My wife called Whirlpool and was able to get the part immediately and also have them guarantee overnight it to us. We called the receptionist at Gregory's 15 minutes after they left, and asked that they put us on the schedule because we were able to secure the part and were told "call me when you have the part and I will schedule you at that time". My wife explained to her that the part would be there on the next day and asked that she get us on the schedule as quickly as she could and she said "did you not hear me, call me when you have the part and i will schedule you then"! This is the type of inefficient service and rudeness we have dealt with since we have been using Gregory's...we thought they were the only service group in the area that serviced Kenmore refrigerators. Now that we find out we have options, it is quite rewarding to tell Gregory's Repair...YOUR FIRED!
