K & S Tree Service

They seem to be doing excellent work here. They are very polite. They asked me how I wanted things done. He told me he gave me a big discount because it was a referral. It's a lot of work. I'm assuming it's a fair price. They did everything the way they were supposed to. They gave me a sheet with their insurance coverages to let me know there is nothing to worry about. We went over what was supposed to be done if we had other questions. They were just very nice.

Very easy to deal with and accommodated my schedule.  On time--in fact early--phone confirmation & reminder.  Super courteous.  Quick, professional and excellent clean up job.  Have been using their services for probably 20 years and will definitely continue.  Price was competitive.

It went real well. Someone else wanted $1200.00 for the work.

I selected K and S Tree Service based on Angie's List Reviews. Fred, the salesman, came and we walked the property. He basically cited all the things that needed to be done, which were actually the same things I had intended on doing. His estimate was in line with another I had received. The crew came at 8:50 am on Sat. and worked all day taking down shrubs and trees, and thinning the thick crowns of 6 trees. The debris was chipped and hauled away. The employees were professional and efficient. It was amazing to see them take down the tall multi-stemmed maples which were close to the house. Another crew came on Monday to grind all of the stumps. The wood chips from grinding were left on site. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a wonderful job.  They were responsive and came out quickly for an estimate and scheduled the tree cutting for a week later.  I had previously called Clean Cut Tree Experts and found the person who came out to give me an estimate was ornery and just not friendly or nice.  The price was higher and they wanted to do more than I asked.  The trees were on the property line next to fencing and K&S suggested using a chemical on the stump to prevent re-growth of the tree.  It was a perfect solution and one that I hadn't been aware of.  K&S brought a whole crew and chipping truck.  They left the truck in the street rather than in the driveway which I have seen done before and that might cause the driveway to crack because of the weight.

The service went very smoothly. Apparently the price was mis-quoted to my benefit, but they stuck by the quoted price and did an excellent job. They were fast and efficient, they cleaned up beautifully.

On time, courteous, professional. Did what said they would do. Cleaned up after service completed.

They were punctual, right on time. They reviewed the scope of the job with us, talked to the neighbors to have some cars moved and then went right to work. Their skill was impressive. They were very professional and courteous. Our trees are old and were overgrown, and they had a lot of work to do, In the end, they did an excellent job. They cleaned everything. After seeing the work it took (they worked non-stop from 8:30am until about 1:30pm), the size of the crew (I think eight total), and the equipment that they brought, (three trucks) I think the price was fair. We would recommend them and will definitely hire them again when needed.

I found K and S info in valu-pak.hey did an excellent job and so I decided to see if they are on Angie's list and sure enough they are. I would like to recommend them for an excellent job!
The story goes like this : I called them and Fred the sales guy came over and walked around the house with me and gave me his recommendation and price. We decided to remove three trees and one bush and clean the rest of the shrubs and trees. In three days the crew came and I walked with them and I showed them what is needed to be done according to what Fred and I discussed. They were very professional very thorough and did an excellent job!!!! Very efficient too! All the neighbours were wowed with the service and efficiency and one neighbour called them to do some work on her yard as well. Thank you K and S service...you're the best :)
PS: they grinded the stumps as well.

We were very pleased with their service. They were neat, clean on time and did a good job.

It went well. I'd use them again. It was difficult for me to be there, so I wrote up detailed directions and they followed them. I thought that was good.

Kand S is a very professional company. Because we are regular customers, Kand S even came out and sprayed our shrubs this past weekend for no cost. We received a 10% from them by pre-paying for the summer.

Excellent job and service. Prompt response all round. Came quickly to give a free estimate. Were right on time to do the job. When they came back next day to remove the stump, they again were right on time. Never a no show. Family owned business. Great prices. Got three estimates and this company bet them all.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
