FLAWLESS FINISH TILE & CONSTR

Came at the schedule time to install a kitchen backsplash. It was for a specialty glass tile that a few other contractors had not worked with including Flawless Finish. He seemed very professional and knowledgable about how to handle the tempermental glass backsplash. Finished the job in the quoted time and did an awesome job. He was a perfectionist and it shows in his work. Will hire him for any future tile work.

I'm sorry, Craig. One simple little thing like not putting plumbers putty behind the faucet handles when you installed them made my life he## for two years. Everytime someone took a shower, it leaked from behind the handles and dripped into my kitchen. They caulked, re-caulked, and caulked again, took my shower door apart, cut a hole in my ceiling; but never did they figure out what the problem was. Another contractor finally figured it out and fixed it. Now I am paying for someone to fix the hole in my kitchen ceiling. They expressed a desire to fix the problem many times, but would not show up for appointments. Eventually, they avoided my phone calls.
