My wife and I used State Contractors for basement waterproofing. The product failed, as we still had large amounts of water coming into our basement when it rained. In negotiating with the owner about what to do, we agreed to a partial refund of what we paid them (guaranteed in writing by the owner), but the company never followed through. I then filed a complaint with the BBB, and the company also did not respond to them. Feel free to check the BBB website for proof of this. Others have posted positive reviews for this company, so obviously this company has done well for some folks, but beware: If something goes wrong, this company does not honor their commitments, even when they put them in writing, and will simply ignore you until you give up trying.
