Tested air for mold with a tester. I would have been concerned if they had just made a decision based on a visual inspection. Great response to my initial inquiry.

I hired Rick for my daughter who rents a manufactured home in a park..that developed a bad mold problem. She was overwhelmed, because of the situation...and could not think clearly, as this had been going on for a couple months. The park sent someone over to do a mold air test, then said the report came back perfect. Rick came out...did the mold air test...and the test came back that she had high levels of 4 different mold spores. He also came back again to go under the house to verify if the mold was under the house. She was very pleased with Rick. He was the perfect person for her, as she said he was compassionate, knowledgeable, explained everything to her, and was very reasonable in what he charged. She said "Rick has a good spirit." She was very pleased with Rick, and what he did for her.

He showed me a video of what to expect before and after attic mold remediation. Katelyn provided the remediation by herself for 3 hours in that hot attic, she was also on time (actually 15 min earlier than appt time ), professional, courteous, personable, thorough, and showed me before and after photos.
