If I could change the slogan of Pronto moving company, I'll change it to making life easy. Lisa made the quoting process very easy; there was no pressure. We had to change our moving date a couple of times, and she accommodated us. When it was time for the move, Mike and Larry were very kind and professional. They were also courteous of our valuables and handled everything with care. There was not a single scratch on our items. They were mindful of the walls; not one time did any of the items make contact with the wall. I was worried that the moving company might waste time and just take longer than necessary, but I was proved wrong. It took them less time than what was estimated and quoted for. I'll recommend them over and over again. They made our lives so easy and saved us a ton of time and stress.

they were very prompt in getting the information. They did not put us on schedule. her customer service is inadequate, her business technique is a wreck and i am very disappointed the her, not answering that call and voicemail. but the crew was good.

It was awful. They quote me for a price but it was not follow because I still have quarter things in the house to move. They only move the rest on the inside but did not move other in the garage so I they charge me extra . I pay them thru cash they don't accept online payment and they charge per hour.
