Countertop and Backsplash Service
The installation crew was extremely professional, friendly and capable; however, the shop cut one of the countertops wrong and we had to wait nearly two weeks for the repair. The countertop had a flaw on the corner and broke during installation. The crew took it back to the shop for repairs, and then promptly returned to complete the installation. Over all quality of workmanship is great.

Everything I buy lumbar-wise and construction-wise is almost always Home Depot because I am a veteran and I get a ten percent discount there, so we buy a lot of stuff from them. We have spent at least $25000 there so far. They are real good in everything.

They used three separate contractors for the work. The tile had to be replaced because the first job was unacceptable. The carpet installers were really unprofessional. The laminate floor installers were great and we had no problems. The laminate installers worked very quickly and professionally.

My contractor, after three times over a year could not get the custom made cordless blind they had ordered from Home Depot to install without sagging. Home Depot stood behind me and had the contractor reorder the whole eight blinds. They had them order valet style rather than the levelers type they had tried. Home Depot ate the extra $100 this type cost as a courtesy to me even though it was not their fault. I will be using them directly for any work I need done at my home in the future.
