FUTURE HOMES INC

I really, really dislike him. I can't even tell you the depth of what I feel about this guy. I don't hate anybody, but he used religion to suck me in and then I found out that he lied. He made me trust him and then lied to me. He really is a bad guy. I give him an F overall, but like I said, the house itself is OK, the only complaint I have at this time is that none of the electrical sockets were put in correctly and are all loose. He gave me allowances for things I could do myself, but after he told me I could do my own kitchen, he didn't tell me at the time, but he wouldn't give me an allowance for the labor and installing the kitchen. So, I had to have his people install what I had ordered from somebody else. It was a terrible mess, and they did not put the Formica on properly and it is falling apart. His price for building my home was probably on target with what other places charged at the time, but of course the expenses have all gone down since the economy has been so bad. I think he built a good house, well he didn't do it but he had people do it. I am happy with the house itself, I am just not happy with some of the things they did in here. He was pretty good at getting back to me, I just didn't know he was lying to me.
