carpet cleaners, air duct cleaning
 + 0 moreChad and Kyle called and could come earlier than scheduled, and that was great for us. They wore shoe protectors when coming in and out of the house, and protected our wall corners from the air duct exhaust hose. They were extremely professional and got right to work. We could hear all the 20+ years of debris going out through the air duct hose. Not sure if previous owners of our house ever ducts cleaned before, but we're sure glad it was done right for us. After the ducts were cleaned, they got right to work on the carpet. It looked so much brighter when they were done. They used their truck mounted extraction method, and it didn't take too long for the carpet to dry afterwards. Would highly recommend! They will be our go-to cleaners in the future!

 + -1 moreChad (Excalibur) has been cleaning our carpets for probably 10 years. They've always been friendly, quick, and easy to schedule appointments with. In addition to cleaning our carpets all these years, we once had him clean and deodorize a couch. I trust Chad to do a good job and to be honest with us when an unusual situation arises. One time shortly after he had cleaned our carpets, one of my children spilled chocolate milk on the carpet and, despite our efforts to clean it, my living room smelled like sour milk after a few days. Chad came back and used a special machine to deep clean the area where the spill occurred and it took care of the smell. We have recommended Excalibur to friends and family.
Description of Work: Our window air conditioning unit leaked water into the house and soaked one corner of our living room carpet...after about a day it began to smell like wet, dirty socks. I called Excalibur and Chad pulled back the carpet and pad and set up a huge fan to blow dry the area, which we rented from him for over the weekend to let everything fully dry out. When he came back after the weekend, Chad re-affixed the pad and carpet and shampooed our living room and kids' bedroom.
