Terrible because they closed the pool and drained the water down. They told me to fill up my water back up all the way and they shouldn't do that. When filling out the pool through the skimmer, the door froze and it cracked. They are still trying to get my money. I had an estimate on having a new door and the company is willing to pay half of the price.
