The team and all their equipment arrived precisely when promised. Care was taken to lay down planks and ply boards (presumably to avoid their heavy equipment from damaging our grass as well as protect the roots of our healthy trees). The team leader did all the cutting, but other members kept constantly busy removing and grinding fallen branches. Heavy limbs were quickly scooped up and removed to an area near the road where they were later lifted into the bed of a large truck. When the men who were grinding up limbs had a chance, they would pick up rakes and removed smaller debris. All stumps were ground up and excess chips removed. It seemed that each person involved knew exactly what his job was and kept constantly busy at getting it done. When finished, they left our yard clean and neat. We were highly impressed.

When their website states that they "specialize in hard to remove trees," believe it. In a span of a little more than 2 days, this crew completely removed 7 of the largest trees in the whole neighborhood from a tight space on 2 lots using a third for staging in the middle of an East Lansing sub. Trucks were wedged between houses. A crane was positioned in a back yard, lifting large pieces over power lines and gently setting them down. The frozen ground allowed for damage to the earth on these lots to be minimized to virtually none. I could not have been more impressed with the coordination and delivery of this service. Matt was great to work with from start to finish, working with 3 homeowners to make sure everybody knew what was happening. His crew worked their butts off from the beginning all the way to the last man on-site grinding stumps and cleaning up every last small pile of debris. Nothing but a massive pile of mulch from the stump grinding (which I will use later) and an extremely satisfied customer was left behind. Well done!!

They arrived on time all three days. Most of the work was completed in two days as promised. They were unable to complete a full cleanup on the second day, and they needed to return another day to clean up what was left and haul that away. They also made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

They took down one very large old maple and two smaller ones that were a potential liability hazard. The guys were unbelievably good. I pointed out by blooming daffodils and asked if they could somehow avoid them, while resigning myself to having them trampled. Not a daffodil was trampled. They took down the big old maple quickly, professionally and left not a branch behind. The two smaller maples came down same way, with no danger to the fence they were 6 inches from. I was seriously impressed. I will use this company again for all of my tree needs! They are superlative.

There was other one that was first on Angie's List and I called them and they were very nice people, but they wanted $275 to grind the stump, so I called and I said, and quot;Well, I have a better offer, I got it done for $100and quot;, and that's the Wright Way Tree company. I like their price and their work. I never had any complaints. Responsiveness is B because I had to call them a couple of times.

Wright Way Tree Company 11498 Toles Hwy, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827 517 663-1006

We called Wright Way Tree Co for an estimate to clean up damage from the ice storm we had in December. There were three separate items.
1. Clearing up the large limbs that were down.
2. Cutting the large, damaged limbs from the trees overhanging the house and garage.
3. Getting rid of the huge brush pile we had behind the house.
The man came out for the estimate.
He said that to do each job separately would cost about $1400.00 but said they would it all at once for $1000.00.
He went over everything with us so he knew what we wanted and he could make suggestions and ask questions.
We had a lot of limbs down as well as some large damaged limbs overhanging the house and garage. We also had a very large pile of branches and brush we had cleared up around the yard. We wanted that chipped up but wanted to keep the chips for mulch.
We were told they would come out Monday, January 20 for most of the work and would return Tuesday, January 21 to haul everything away.
The crew arrived Monday morning as promised. They had all the heavy equipment needed and got right to work. Some of the limbs they cut out of our trees were one to two feet in diameter and close to the house, garage and power lines. They worked steadily and skillfully. They answered any questions we had. The following morning they came out with a large dump truck and a power shovel, loaded up the big pile of logs they had and took it away.
Because they had hauled away the logs and brush rather than chipping it up on site they gave us about 5 cubic yards of wood chips they had from other jobs.
They did everything they said they would when they said they would for the price they gave us. We are totally satisfied with the job.

One tree was split so they suggested I have it chained temporarily until the ground was more firm. They came out and removed the neighbors fence and small shrubs to gain access for their equipment. The job was done quickly and all stumps and root trails and debris were removed. The stumps were over 30 inches and there were a lot of roots to grind out. The initial lawn repair was not done very well. However I contacted the owner and he came out to look at it and a crew came back and took care of it right away. The job was a big one and they had more than enough equipment to handle it quickly. They even removed a couple extra tumps I had at no charge! Despite the minor lawn repair issue they did a great job and I plan to have them trim some additional trees for me in the fall.

Price is right and the job was well done. Had 5 tress removed, a tree pruned, and a stumb fixed, cleaned up a big area.

Call and describe trimming trees hanging over house. They came out two days later and took a look. and recommend other cuts and also a tree that was pushing over garage. Gave an estimate depending how easy the much time may take. Anyway I was out of town when they came a week later and originally it was $490 through $700. I guess it went quickly they clean up and even got rid of a piles of old branches around my house and garage on the ground. Gave me a nice call and sent me a nice letter. All for $500. Would use them again.

Everything was done in a prompt and very professional manner. They provided an estimate within the next day from my call. They also called me ahead of time to let me know they were coming to do the work as scheduled. They were friendly and very professional. The work was done very efficiently with no damage to the lawn. They cleaned everything up and were also nice enough to cut down a couple of tree stubs for me that was not in the original estimate.

I had contacted two other companies for estimates, and this company came in significantly lower than two of their local competitors, so I went with them. I know the other companies have certified arborists, but I'm not sure the Wright Way staff have one. One of their staff members called me to discuss the estimate and his opinion about whether the tree needed to come down. I asked then how long it would be if we did go with service, and he said within the next day or two. A week passed and there was no sign of activity, so I called their central office to inquire and was told it would be Friday. Friday late afternoon I got a call saying that he would still try to get a team out there that day, otherwise it would be Monday. It turned out to be Monday, which meant we still couldn't do any yard work on that side of the house over that weekend. A minor annoyance, but when you say it will be done in a few days, and you really mean 10 days or more, that's not very good customer relations.
They did a fine job with the actual work, although they failed to call to discuss exactly which branch I wanted removed (they got it correct anyway, but I had left instructions for them to call, because it wasn't in the original estimate). The trunk damage was not addressed in any way, although I had not asked for this service, I had expected at least a basic smoothing/filing down (we had discussed that I would seal the wound myself to save money since that's easy), even if it did cost more, they should have included that in the estimate without my having to ask for it separately.
I would use them again for simple jobs like branch removal if the work wasn't super urgent, but I might shop around next time and pay a higher price if I needed more serious work done, like a whole tree removal or a lot of trimming.

They did a good job. It was not 100%, but they tried. I think they are young and coming up. They were personable. I would recommend them, but not 100%. That has been a while ago, and I think they are going to improve daily. They worked hard. They probably did not clean up as well as I thought they should. I think I got what I asked for, because they got the tree down and they were very good. They were very cautious, and suggested I stay inside when the tree was ready to come down. The price was a little high. They are fine and I hope they go a long way. There was no swearing. They worked together. They were gentlemen. I would get an estimate from them, and probably use them again.

We had gotten a quote from Atlas Landscaping to remove our dead tree of $525 plus a $225 Groupon. Looking at example prices online, that looked very high, so we contacted Wright Way Tree service. They came out and examined the tree and quoted a price of $250 (a price exactly what I had estimated it should cost from indications online) to remove that tree, remove other dead branches, and remove a large Birch branch that was also dead. We accepted the offer a few days later after figuring out how to get out of the rip-off Groupon with Atlas. Wright Way did arrive later than they said, but it does appear they are very busy. But, they got here and were extraordinarily efficient, doing all of the work in about an hour and leaving the area completely clean with no mess left behind. We will definately be contacting them for any future tree service we have.

They were very good. They were very quick. They cleaned up well. I would recommend them in a second. The price was a bit high. They actually stopped by and gave me a quote. I said okay; then I went straight to a store 7 minutes away from my house, so I can take my own pictures. They were already here waiting for me when I came back after half an hour.
