Absolutely will NEVER use or recommend Whitney Electric. Horrible service technician. Extremely rude, unprofessional. First visit was supposed to access the electrical issues in my home so they could reschedule a repair. I explained what was being experienced electrically. Technician, Steve, spent 15 mins in my home. Didn't listen to what the issues were. Second visit, as I tried to tell him what DTE told me led to my power being shut down because of a power surge coming FROM my home. He shut me down saying he was only there to replace bath room fans and door bell. When I asked what about the power surge issue. That was not on his list. I tried to discuss why the list was not complete. He stormed out of my home work undone. Seeing the other reviews it seems to be a consistent issues with this company. This business needs to close down. Never do businesses with these individuals.
