Very professional and caring employees. Facility is very clean compared to others I checked out. Rachel is an excellent groomer.

Very helpful with making suggestion to reduce costs. Seemed to know how to handle situation since first time my dogs had been boarded and one dog we had only had for less than a year. Also, had my dogs groomed when there. They realized the dogs need to be together when groomed. My dogs appeared to be well cared for when we picked them up.

I have boarded my new rescue dog twice and was very impressed with the staff and the facilities. I had her groomed while she was staying there and they did an excellent job. Fees were very reasonable.

We left our pups there a couple of times now, for vacations and such. Always happy at the care they receive and the options of private sweets, feeding/play options, professionalism, etc... We like our dogs spoiled and feel that, unlike some kennels who tell you they do all of your requests, they actually do all the things asked no matter how particular.ew

They arrive at my home with their van and come to the door to pick Molly up. I take her out on a leash as she is more willing to go if I walk her out to the van. I do not stay with her but come back in the house. About 1.5 hours later Nicole brings her back and I pay her. Nicole is by far one of the best groomers I've had. Molly weighs about 60 pounds. However, in the past I've had my other dogs groomed and regardless of the size Wag and Tails is willing to groom and baby them. I used to have a newfie who weighed 120 pounds. Wag and Tails was so good to her. I used to board Betsy, my newfie, often and she was always glad to go and of course glad to come home as well. Wag and Tails staff seemed genuinely happy to see her and fuss over here and always made me and Betsy feel welcome. They also pick up and drop off when boarding an animal which is a real god-send to me as I do not see well enough to drive. I could not ask for a better place to take my animals.

We own a 100 lb dog and the folks at Wag'n Tails have never been overwhelmed by him. They checked Fox's shots, went over their full program and seemed happy to accomodate any special needs. (He's getting older and doesn't care for playing with other dogs.) Also, we scheduled boarding on a Saturday, but forgot they closed at noon. The people there were nice enough to call us at 11:30am to let us know we needed to bring him in soon. They were super friendly about it. We've taken Fox back for boarding and grooming. They remember who he is and seem genuinely happy to see him. I'm so happy with their care!! I know I'm getting my money's worth when we take him there!!

Very clean and friendly. All the dogs that were already there looked good. We would take them back again. They had their own rooms with s water, TV's, and had beds like trampolines. They each have their own bedding, etc.

The accommodations, care, attention and cleanliness of Wag 'N Tails for kennel services is beyond the norm. The dogs are not caged--they stay in their own separate glass-front areas with access to a screened-in outside area. Because of the separate kennel arrangement, distress from hearing other dogs bark is very much minimized. Before taking my dog the kennel verified that my dog had full, up-to-date vaccinations, checked on his food, gave me a full explanation of the schedule during his stay, and asked if I would like to purchase additional play times at $5.00 per session. The regular boarding fee included food, scheduled play times and the opportunity to play with other dogs if the dogs were comfortable. This was a pricey way to go for boarding, but I was very impressed with the cleanliness and concern for the safety and security of the dogs.
