Shout out to Hayden and Nate for coming out the day I called and staying extra late to answer all my questions and walk through ideas for my roofing project!! Two days later, my new roof is installed, my attic is now well-ventilated, my rafters repaired! Cleanup was immaculate! Thanks to site manager Mason for walking me through every detail and keeping me posted with notes and pictures!

We had Joel and Joe over at our house. We were really only looking for a quote for our roof damage after the terrible storms we had. Joe and Joel found a huge issue with our attic while they were looking at the roof. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We have had Joe at our home before and our one dog only like women. But she decided to jump up and greet the boys! We decided to sign with Joe and Joel and we love victors home solutions. Joe and Joel I would highly recommend to have them come out and check out your next project. Very nice young men. Trustworthy and honest. We gifted them Native American beaded lanyard because the costumer service was excellent

We’re so glad we chose Victors for our roofing project! While the roof hasn’t been installed yet, we’ve been incredibly impressed with everything so far—especially our salesperson, Kyle. He has been amazing to work with: super friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our options, answered every question (even the ones we didn’t know we had), and made us feel completely confident in our decision. Their communication has been top-notch, and we truly feel like we’re in great hands. If the rest of the process is anything like the experience we’ve had so far, we know we’re going to be thrilled with the final result. Can’t wait to see our new roof come together! Edit + Update! We can officially say we had fantastic experience with Victors! After mold was found during our inspection , they got us scheduled ASAP — which was such a relief. Mason and his crew showed up right on time and kept us in the loop by sending progress pictures throughout the day. Kyle even stopped by during the install to walk the job, which really showed their level of care. The attention to detail, communication, and professionalism were seriously top notch. And the cherry on top? A handwritten thank-you note from Shelbi at the end — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for reliable, quality roofing work!

AJ explained everything that I needed to know about my roof. Very knowledgeable and friendly, didn’t rush through the process. I’m glad that AJ did my roof inspection instead of Mike Horn. 😊

Do NOT hire this company to do any roofing job. I would leave a zero star review if I could. They charged an absolute outrageous amount and took advantage of my grandparents. They cut off the corner part of their roof and instead of replacing the piece, they slapped that same piece back down and put shingles over it. Not knowing now if it’s secure or if it will leak or not. They left the work site a complete mess with nails all over the yard. Enough so to fill up a good size bucket. The customers also have a light pole on tops of their roof and this company just globbed up some sort of material around the bottom of the light pole and it looks terrible. After the work was done and the customers were not happy, they called the number they were given and it was disconnected/out of service. When the customers complained about the work that was done, all the company did was offer a $50 gift card to Applebees. When the customer left a bad review, he was immediately called and asked to remove his review and to leave a better one. Let me reiterate how the amount they charged for this roofing job was OUTRAGEOUS and unheard of for what work was done. It should’ve been half the price if not less but they took advantage of an elderly couple and seem to be getting away with it. We will not ever recommend this company and suggest using caution if you do choose to hire.

The guys were here nice and early got the job done and did a very good job. Cleaned up debris and were very polite. They were very responsive to my issues I was having with my roof and it should fix all my issues. Good job guys.

The whole crew did well, Zackk went out of his way to keep me informed during the process Part2, Debris trailer sat in my driveway 18 hours after the crew left, I had to call to get it removed. Zakk told me his blower lost charge, and the crew picking up the trailer would finish picking up and removing debris. I still have debris, that I will clean up. For $35,000 job, the follow thru lacked effort. If I could add the pic I would.
