I need a mover quick and when I called Usave they said it would be no problem and that they could move right away. They guys showed up a little late, but it was rainy out so I guess traffic was a little crazy. But they did the job. They moved me from my third floor apartment to my new house. They made sure everything was padded up and that it didn't get all wet from the rain. They did ding a table but they show it to me right away and the company sent out insurance forms for the damage right away.

My move went ok. They were an hour early for the move so I wasn't fully ready for them but we made it work.
I would've given them all A grades, but I gave their name to a co-worker of mine as a referral and she has had nothing but problems with U-Save and Jae. The movers were 2 hours late and they were in such a hurry that they damaged a few things of hers. When she tried to contact Jae about it-he pretty much yelled at her over the phone. (She's 65 years old for goodness sake!) Then she did not receive the insurance forms from him like he said he would do. So, she tried to send him a certified letter explaining the damages that were done and he REFUSED her letter. She has done everything she can to get her furnature fixed, but Jae is completely ignoring her.
I did not have a problem with them, but I guess you have to take your chances with this company. If it goes well, awesome. If it doesn't-sucks to be you because they are unprofessional enough that they don't care.

"This review seems to a bit skewed. The author admits that we did a great move for her but then reviews for another "person" that wasn't happy. How is that fair and appropriate? How can I respond to the person we slighted if they don't write the review and the person that does write the review admits we did a great job? We regret anything that we may have done, but I fail to see how I rectify the situation if I don't have the anonymous persons info, nor do I see how I can be help responsible. At U-Save Moving and Storage we go out of our way to ensure that every customer is taking care of like they are our own family. It hurts us when, on the very rare occasion, we screw up. As a company that has been in business for over 8 years and has done 100's of moves all across this country, and proud members of the Michigan Movers Association, Chamber of Commerce and several community groups and organizations our reputation and quality of work is highly important to us. More so than any amount of money. Send us an email to [email protected] with this persons name, and a way to contact her, and we'll refund her full move costs to her without question no matter if we right or wrong in the situation.
