Rick did a variety of things around the house.  He is very reliable and not only told me clearly what he could do and could not do, but he showed up on the day and time he committed to.  I really enjoyed working with Rick and his reliability really impressed me.

The cost of the service was incredibly reasonable.  I don’t remember what it was but that was a better price than anyone else because i did do some research before hiring him.  What stood out the most about him was his honesty.  He gave an estimate, he had the work planned out and he didn’t overcharge.  He went the second mile.  He was really good.  He cleaned up afterwards.  We have had a lot of different people here and this guy was terrific.  He gave us references for other people to come who have also been excellent.  This guy was topnotch. 

My garage door would not go up or down. My son and I had worked with it trying to get it to catch to the chain but had little luck. I called this handyman and he came promptly. He unscrewed the bottom of the garage door opener three times and it began to work. I was happy. I asked him how much it was going to cost and he said that he charged $35 per hour. I told him that he had only been at my home for five minutes so would he come take a look at a facet that was running slow. He did. After removing the top and cleaning it out he replaced it. The water is barely running now. He then looked under my sink and said that I didn't have any water pressure and probably needed to replace my entire faucet. He then went on to say that for him to put in the new faucet it was cost me a additional $85 per hour. Yes, I did ask him to look at the facet. If he couldn't fix it, then just say so. I would have rather the pressure stay somewhat low than none at all. This particular facet is in my kitchen and it is now very annoying to me. I cannot cook, or the dishes without water. This simple act on his part has caused me unnesscesary stress. I'm sorry, but I would think twice before using this contractor.

He is remarkable. I would definitely give him a very high review. He charged me an hourly rate and it was extremely reasonable. He was very caring. He came when he said he was going to come and as a matter of fact he came within an hour of me calling him each time. He gave us some very good advice on some electrical work in the house. I would use him for anything. He is just a really great guy, very professional, very kind and seems very knowledgeable. He was actually really excited to get on Angie's List.

Excellent professional work from start to finish. The work was done in an expedient and timely manner. All the areas were left clean and work was complete.
