Terminix - Lansing -Termite & Pest Control

It did not work. They had some chemicals, but all he did was smack down the spiderwebs, that's not exactly what we were looking for. Because that was a follow-up, that was free, but they're normally cost is about $65. What I liked on that visit was they did come. The guy was friendly, but we were hoping they would pray and kill the spiders, but all they did was pick a broom and knock down spider webs. He thought the previous treatments were adequate. I thought there should have been some sort of application to kill any spiders around that was making spider webs. The previous one that he said had been adequate we wouldn't have needed to call him back. We still have them coming on a quarterly basis. I was satisfied with them prior to that.

We set up a time for them to come give us a quote, we recently discovered we have bed bugs. I am 9 mo pregnant and due any day now so we wanted to get the heat treatment that way it was chemical free. The appointment was set to be between 8-10am. It's almost 11am, and i called to see when someone was coming out, they were supposed to give us a call back with an eta. I have heard nothing. It's a bit frustrating, I work in the service industry and this isn't acceptable. At the least I should have gotten a call back with an updated eta.

Great. We repaired the house/garage minor damage done by the Termites after the traps had been in place for 3 months. We could tell where they were coming from underground by the activity at the trap.

Terminix are wonderful. Their service is so wonderful. We used to have ants in the kitchen. Now you never see a bug. I think we had a chipmunk that was coming into the garage and eating things, like my daughter's shoes, and now nothing. We haven't had a problem since we started using them. They come every month. It is a little expensive, but now it is a better quality of life. Everything is noticeably better. There isn't the chipmunk and we used to have bees outside our house and now we haven't seen a bee in 2 years. It is an excellent company. They are really good. 

The man was here the morning after I called and would have been here sooner but I had to be gone that evening. He had me show him where all the problem areas were and talked me into having whole house service for the entire year. It is definitely more cost effective to pay this way but made it much more costly for me at this time. He had us go into the house so we wouldn't be stung, but we watched from the windows. He was very thorough! For the following days (and even weeks) we found dead bugs around the perimeter of the house and all over the patio. Other than the high cost, I don't have a single complaint!

I'm not sure if they charge a good price because we have always used them. They recommended to do a one year follow up for the carpenter ants. I don't know if that is really necessary or just a gimmick. They are very careful where they spray. They let us know about what to do with our pets and how long it takes to dry.

I am very happy with their job. They are very professional and they are behaved accordingly. They come and do what they said they are going to do and when they are going to do it. They are in and out and no one gets disturbed. I have no idea on the comparison but the price was ok.

Their service was average, and their price was high.

If you call them, they come right out.  They are a good company.  I can call them anytime and they come out and spray every three months.  They are pretty efficient.  He is a really nice guy that comes and services my area.  It is the same guy that comes here.  I pay them $250 a year.  The nice thing about them is that what they spray is not poisonous to animals or kids.  That is why I use them because I don’t want poison in my house.
