He was scheduled to show up at 6:30 and arrived at 6:30 on the dot. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
(Four years ago we had a clock repairmen come out to the house. He was from Dansville Michigan, he charged over $1,800 for the same work that Glenn at Tenor performed for $250.00.)
I would recommend Tenor Clock LLC and the owner Glenn to all my friends and family. He is honest, punctual, and has integrity.
He is very knowledgeable about clocks and explains everything as he is doing it. A real Gentleman, and a very pleasant person.
