Absolutely recommend this guy! He fixed an antique clock for me and was a pleasure to work with! Highly knowledgeable at what he does. Best around.

Repairs on our Sligh Grandfather Clock were able to be completed during the on-site appointment. Glenn from Tenor Clock, LLC was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Again we can enjoy our Grandfather Clock that is the heartbeat of our home.

Tenor Clock was outstanding. Glenn was prompt, arriving on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared information with us about the condition of the clock and provided exactly the service we needed. He was great. Post service, when I had a question about the clock, he called me back immediately after I emailed him (was not urgent so I emailed). He should be the one you call if you have a clock you want serviced. He could not have been better.

What a lovely guy.  He came the day after I called, arrived a little early, and got the job done cheerfully and with lots of explanation.  He then disemboweled an antique clock and took it home to repair.  We have another clock not worth repairing but he told me everything about it I would want to know:  when it was built, where, what it would take to get it running.  Easy to trust this knowledgeable guy.  No delay, good attitude, loads of experience, reasonable price.  Best clock experience ever.

He showed me the clock interior and why it just needed lubricating. He adjusted the timing so that it would be off only about 1-2 minutes per week. He showed me how to do further adjusting to get the timing even better.
He was scheduled to show up at 6:30 and arrived at 6:30 on the dot. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The owner Glenn arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained all costs on the phone before he arrived. He spent approximately 2 1/2 hours working on both clocks. The clocks were not keeping accurate time and the German Box Clock was chiming incorrectly at the hour. He oiled and thoroughly checked and repaired each clock. They are now keeping perfect time.



(Four years ago we had a clock repairmen come out to the house. He was from Dansville Michigan, he charged over $1,800 for the same work that Glenn at Tenor performed for $250.00.)

He is very knowledgeable about clocks and explains everything as he is doing it. A real Gentleman, and a very pleasant person.
