Very efficient booking and friendly reminder for appointment time. First appointment fell through after waiting three hours for installer to show up due to equipment problem. Office staff rescheduled for following weekend and everything went well. Great installer! Our first re-check showed radon levels significantly lower and in the safe level.

They installed the first tap which helped but the radon level was quite high in the spring time (5-7) They came back to add a second tap (I did have to pay additional) which greatly reduced radon level (around 2). But overall they were courteous and professional.
