Scheduler called a day before to confirm appointment. Chris the installer called ahead to confirm his arrival time and work was completed in scheduled time. What I appreciated the most was that Chris the installer went out of his way and took the time to look up my house picture online so he could color match the optional aluminum downspout color to my house so I did not need to paint it to match. He arrived with the right materials, ready to work. Overall, fast, courteous, and profesional work.

I was very impressed with SWAT Encironment. I called on a Thursday to secheudle an appointment for a radon mitigation system and they were able to get me in on the following Monday. They called when they were 20 minutes from our house, which was nice. The team I spoke to on the phone was helpful and professional. The technician who installed the radon mitigation system was very professional and we are very pleased with the work he did.

SWAT showed up, explained what he was going to do to mitigate the radon in my basement, and got to work after letting me choose where I wanted the pump. It was quick and easy.

I would liked to have the fan in the basement not out side. I had to put another one in, last year.

They were super fast and very nice.

I thought the price for the bigger fan was steep, but otherwise a good job.
