On August 30th of 2019, SWAT installed a Radon Mitigation System in my new home. Because of a design flaw in the sump pump cover they created, the sump pump failed to activate on January 25th of 2020, causing almost $12,000 in damages. SWAT said they would come look at the cover to check it but I would be required to pay a $299 fee. Do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work.

Install was doing well but they forgot to caulk the outside of the house. The tech asked if I had caulk to do it myself, like really? The techs truck left an oil stain in my drive way ??

Tech installed right next to our kitchen window less than 5 feet away and AC unit 8 feet away so Radon just going to come back into house from basement. In addition, the tech disconnected sump, and they refused to pay our 495 plumbing bill. Looking at the other reviews I do not see how they keep making this mistake. One, we had no reason to disconnect the sump and, two, the timing was literally right after they left. If you value your home do not go with these guys.
