We don't know much about radon services, so we have nothing to compare this to. Time will tell if the problem was fixed. We need get the kit to compare air quality.

Great service tech they were on time and no extra cost from original quote

The service tech was on time, completed the work as expected, and ask my opinion on where we wanted thw stack to be installed, both inside the house and outside the house. He also cleaned-up after himself! Finally, the company was running a sale and we got a 20% discount!

Richard, our installation tech, just finished. He answered all of our questions, determined what was needed for our particular installation, and completed the installation. The installation looks great! I've used S.W.AT. Environmental before, in Indiana. They did a great job there too. This company does great work, and I highly recommend them if you need radon mitigation.

The installer was excellent. Quick friendly very pleased with him. I did call the main office left a message the night before regarding a time issue and then called again in the morning, this information was never relayed to my installer which I find to be poor business communication. It added to the stress I had trying to be there at the time that was set. They should have notified the installer that I had called to change the time.

Fees are excessive.They avoided warrant claim by claiming that a slightly larger fan is required.

The installer was very professional and informative. He worked very hard for about 5 hours without stopping and did a great job.

Tim arrived on time, installation was done professionally, and looks nice. Awaiting final radon tests results.

Friendly staff answered questions, work was done in short amount of time. Wish they would have cleaned up a little better though. Overall satisfied. Need to do final radon test to see if system is working.

They do not test their work, I still do not know if I received what I paid for. I found this out after they were paid. I live 2and a 1/2 hours away, they let them selves in via a lock box and two weeks latter I find out I have to collect a sample which takes 3 days then collect it and send it to a lab.
