Company was very professional and I got contacted right away once finding them through the homeadvisor site. The installer was professional and called us about 30 minutes before arrival. He did a excellent job and was very thorough with the installation process. He was also knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Pricing was very competitive as well.

I had a radon mitigation system installed. They did a good job!

The radon mitigation system was completed much faster than I expected, although I probably had more guys than usual helping since some were getting on the job training by the lead guy. They were very polite and friendly. System is working great. Radon levels have dropped from over 10 pCi/L to less than 1.

We did have some scheduling issues with the main office. BUT the end result was the Radon level dropped well under 1. Amazing result.

I called on a Tuesday morning and they were able to get over the next day! The installation tech called to let me know when he'd be out and arrived on time. He worked with me to figure out the best location to install and was able to work around some obstacles in the basement corner. Very quick install, looks great and should keep us safer in the basement. The price was very reasonable compared to other vendors.

Beware of SWAT. The "free" test kit returned unacceptable results. Upon contacting SWAT of said test results, they demanded an additional $300 to "improve" radon levels. I refused. They hung up on me.

The first system was installed incorrectly because of a poorly trained tech. BUT! The company sent a seasoned tech out to check out the installation, they ended up removing the system and subsequently reinstalled a complete second system. Swat did right by us and we would highly recommend them.

Quality of their installation is "average" at best. Installed 4" PVC pipe (from basement floor to outside wall installed "crooked") and need to re-seal PVC tube on outside wall of home (due to "air" gaps around tube leading from basement to outside fan).
