Description of Work: They put a new roof on my home and once they started the work they came on consecutive days until work was finished. They were professional and cleaned up after their workers daily. I was very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I have been contacting window repair contractors to fix three of the windows in my house. All three have mold in between the panes, so the glass. The person I talked to at Superior asked if the frames or sashes (or whatever the frame wood frame of the window is called) were in good shape. They are. So she said that she would be glad to come out and give me a quote on replacing the windows, but that it would be easier and less expensive to find a window "glaser" who could just remove and replace the glass, and gave me a recommendation for two companies she knew could do this. So, essentially, she talked herself out of the job. I am an attorney in the Lansing area, and have been practicing for over 27 years. I cannot tell you how many times I have talked my way out of being hired by prospective clients if I knew there was a less expensive way they could achieve their goals without hiring a lawyer. + -1 moreThis company does not play games in the pricing of the roof and had a no pressure presentation when providing the estimate. Roof was completed when promised and was professionally done. This may not be the cheapest roofer around but they use quality materials and do a quality job.

+ -1 moreWe have two houses that were in need of reroofing. When we stopped into Superior Services, we were greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We were educated as to what is involved in repairing the existing structures and the options that would best fulfill our needs. An a appraisal was made on both of our houses. One needed to be done this year and the other has a couple of years before any major roofing needs to be done. We put down a deposit and signed the papers. Kathy Compton from Superior Services told us the work would be done within three weeks. It was done in two. It looks great and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work and personal care that we were given. We will have the other house reroofed in the next year. We wouldn't dream of having any other company doing it other than Superior Services.
