They get it done. The pricing could be better and they are busy. It takes a little too long. I have to make an appointment. Yes, I would use them again.

We keep going here even though they are 35 miles away.

We take both of our vehicles to the dealer. Excellent. Toyota usually takes care of Mazda and Toyota. My husband usually takes our vehicles in and he has no complaints.

I think it was free. One car is leased and one car is under warranty. We like Toyota because it is a very reliable car and whenever we have problems, we can go to the Toyota dealer. They can fix it real easy. They know what to do. Anytime we take it anyplace else, they do not know what they are doing.

Sale was typical predatory-type car sale. However, a week after buying my car, the service engine light came on and upon investigation my mechanic discovered a hole in the gas tank. Spartan Toyota refused to fix it for free or for a discounted price. I ended up having to pay an extra $800 to get it replaced - the hole was due to the previous owner screwing a sub woofer into the trunk of the car, resulting in a screw puncturing the gas tank.

Very poorly. It took 2 days and I had to wait for my car at pick up for over an hour, even though I had called ahead to make sure it was ready. I've never had good service at Spartan Toyota.

I give them an and ldquo;Aand rdquo; on everything in terms of service except for price. They are a little pricier than other people are. Maybe the part was really expensive. The service has always been good. They've obviously had customer service training because the cars come out and they say, and ldquo;by the way, we know you had to drive awhile to get here so we've washed the car for youand rdquo; so the car was washed. They obviously have somebody who's working professionally for their service. The first guy I ever dealt with which resulted me not buying a car was a typical flimflam guy. I just hate that stuff. The second time, the guy was helpful and answered questions directly, didn't do the flimflam and I bought a Toyota 4Runner from him.

I spent $129. My car was very dirty and I haven't had it cleaned in 3 years and I have 3 children who are very hard on it. It was a good experience for t he work that they did and they took 2 days to do it because it was so terrible. They wanted to keep it longer because they wanted to do a good job. When I got it back it was amazing.
