My mom was really happy with them.  It was difficult to install but they did a very good job.  They were pretty good about thinking it out and doing it.  They didn't take advantage of her and they were conscientious about the best way to go about working with that difficult install.  They showed her how everything worked and they showed her the whole job when they were doing it.  It was a tough install and I even told the guy that it is not going to be easy but he was really good about communicating and trying to do the right thing for her.

Great communication; prompt service. He fixed it and handled the interaction with the tenant and credit card over the phone. No complaints.  Great price compared to the plumbers and whatnot.

I called Steve Pierce (the Owner) at 11:30am on a Friday, after trying 5 other garage door services. None of the other services could come the same day (most said early next week). Steve answered the phone immediately and said they could be at my house in 30 minutes.
They were very friendly, yet professional. Steve and an associate immediately worked on the problem and resolved it quickly. By looking at the door he was able to guess which company installed it, and had very nice things to say about the company and its owners (who are actually their competitiors, but apparently also friends).
The whole thing went very smoothly and nicely. They charged me their standard service fee. I would definitely use them again.

We have a single spring garage door. Something happened where the wire on the rollers at the ends of the main bar looked like birds nests. Thought something had happened to the spring. Based on some of the other Angie's List reviews decided to call Steve and arranged a time to meet. He was on time for the date arranged. Steve diagnosed the problem, which wasn't the spring, replaced the 2 main wires as well as a broken wheel which I hadn't noticed before, and made some recommendations on preventive maintenance. He was done in less than an hour. He charged me $80 for the service call, plus $20 for the replacement wires and $2 for the new roller, which I thought was very reasonable. Steve is a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable person. Very please I contacted Steve.

Arrived on schedule. Completed repair. Cost was as estimated, no surprises.

Called and spoke to Steve. Made an appointment for next morning at 9 am. He showed up as he said he would.Preformed service as we had discussed and is very professional. This man really knows his stuff when it comes to garage doors, I know this because I have done a lot of construction work myself. Steve was a pleasure to talk with and explained what he was doing as he did it , not that he needed to , I was curious and asked questions. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door , opener motors or any service needed. A+ should be the grade here!!!

They came within a day of me calling. This was the second company I had called. Price was the same as the other company, but this guy was so helpful and explained why I needed a new opener. Mine was made prior to 1993 and changes in consumer laws does not allow parts to be sold because it didn't have the eye thing at the bottom of the door opening. Two guys came and had everything installed and the old equipment loaded up in slightly over an hour. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called Steve on Sunday and he answered his phone, which suprised me as I thought I would of gotten a answering machine/service. He promised to come over first thing in the morning and look at my issue. He was very professional in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He even went above and beyond the call to fix a issue with some wiring that apparently went bad. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs some repair or replacement of their garage door.
