Terrible. Took over 10 days for an available service appointment. They called in the last hour of appointment range and cancelled. I work so I had to have a friend wait almost the whole appointment time range only to find out the service person was overbooked & therefore cancelled.

Easy to schedule. called reminder day before and then called later to move the time earlier if I wanted (you bet) with a 2 hour window. Gave PRECISE time he would be there day of service.
On time, professional , HAD the part with him. Completed job in reasonable time, cleaned up, showed me what he did. Told me to call any time with further problems, reviewed guarantee. Took a check, faxed it in from the here.
This washer is 18 years old, works like a champ and first repair, ever. I was very glad to have it repaired instead of a new purchase.
