Wheels and Tires
I have bought a full set of tires from Sears twice; the first time was about three years ago and the second was last week. The first time, it took 2 days to mount four tires! I found the best deal online last week and thought 'it can't possibly be as bad again'. The last time could have been a fluke. In three years, they must have changed the service department. Wrong. After making an appointment, it still took them 5 hours to mount four tires! This usually takes a little less than an hour at the two Discount Tire places I usually go.
