I hired Rose Pest solutions for what I thought was a mouse in my family room walls. They sold me a contract for over $500 in order to get someone to come out. Turns out the mouse was actually a squirrel and they said that my contract doesn't cover squirrels. Seems to me they should do an evaluation before selling you a contract. They refused to do anything about the squirrel that is still living in my walls.

"We apologize for the miscommunication, the sale over the phone was specifically for mice, before calling RPS you had another company tell you that its mice entering your walls from subterranean. To make it right Rose Pest Solutions had a Supervisor trap squirrels for a week an NO charge to you, our client."

We’ve used Rose for over 10 years now. Mostly to keep black ants out of the house. The treatments have always worked and the staff was great. In the past, they have always provided great information on the pests in question, which I really appreciate. Scheduling can sometimes be a little problematic, they are apparently very busy at certain times of the year, but other than that, they’ve always done great work.

I had ants which were coming in through the connecting seam on my modular home and mice in the walls during the winter. They came out and identified the type of ants and made up a plan for eradication of the ants. Traps and bait boxes were placed where evidence of mice were. It has been over a year since the original problem presented itself and I have not seen ants and the mice have not returned.

Outstanding! When the technician Will first arrived some years ago, I had a terrible mouse infiltration in my attic. He systematically eliminated all the entry points and treated the attic so that the problem was completely resolved. He has also treated other problems like carpenter bees, ants, and other pests, and has done so very skillfully. He is always on time and is a very courteous person.

The Tech from Rose was professional, full of lots of good information and did a very good job. Just like the Tech said within 3 days we no longer had a wasp problem. Definitely hiring them to do preventive spraying this coming spring.

After calling another pest company, And setting up a time for for them to never show up after waiting for three hours. So when we called Rose Pest Soluuions Stephen came out the day after I called. He inspected the whole house and was very thorough. We set up a time to have the heat treatment done. Stephen and his crew came, they were on time and the crew was very nice, and even were quick to greet our spunky Australian Shephard. I would highly recommend this company.
