ROCKY'S CERAMIC TILE CONTRACTING

Really well. Rocky was always on time, cleaned up after himself and the most important part - my backsplash looks great. His expertise and experience really showed and I'm extremely happy with the final produce.

Rocky did an outstanding job. He made time in his busy schedule to finish my tub project. He was very professional and easy to work with. The tub looks outstanding thanks to his great work!

I highly recommend Rocky and would hire him again in a heartbeat! This was my best experience ever with a contractor. He gave me the best price & was the most qualified out of several quotes. He explained to me in detail what he was going to do since he was laying tile on a concrete basement floor which was different than laying on wood. He was extremely accommodating. I was replacing the patio door in the basement and didn't want the tile laid in front of the door in case it was damaged while the old door was being removed and the new one put in. The door manufacturer was a good month late on delivering the door. Rocky waited patiently and didn't even ask for any money even though he had more than 98% of the floor complete. I did offer him some but he said he could wait. The tiles were difficult to lay because they weren't exactly the same size. If Rocky wouldn't have told me I wouldn't have known it. His work looked perfect to me.

He started the date as he promised me, even without a signed contract. He did not ask my payment/deposit until the project is done. the quote he gave me includes supplies so I do not need to buy grouts, subfloor, etc. He got this project done in 2.5 days. so far I have not found any problems. I am satisfied with his service and would like to hire him in the future when needed.

He helped me get a discount on tile. It was a special order and took about 8 weeks to come in. By the time the tile came in, I was scheduled for vacation and had to postpone installation. When I returned, he began work right away. He worked continuously until the project was done. He showed up every day he said he would. When he got the linoleum out, we discovered there was another floor beneath, full of staples.   He was able to install over the old floor, but had to pound down hundreds of staples. Before installing the backerboard, he stopped some squeaks in the floor. He lined all the tile up perfectly. His grouting was very good: smooth and consistent. He reinstalled the toilet and molding and sealed the grout. He had not broken any molding when he removed it. He is honest, trustworthy, and skilled at his work. So far I have had no problems.

Rocky did an excellent job, looks great! He did it in a timely manner, very neat, very polite, we would highly recommend him and would use him again!

Overall, we were very pleased with Rocky's work, promised arrival times and work days, accuracy of materials and labor, and his experience with backsplashes in general.

He did a wonderful job. He was very professional. He started the job when he said he was going to start it. He did it in a fairly timely manner. He was very organized. We enjoyed having him in our home. He was very polite and well mannered. Sometimes I get some people who are kind of grubby and he wasn't like that. He was also very perfectionist because there is not a single tile that is off. He was just very precise and meticulous. There wasn't anything we disliked. We would tell our friends to hire him. If we had anymore tile work we would use him again in the future.
