Property Resource LLC is a female owned company and has been in business since 2003 weatherizing buildings, insulating attics, walls and basement, roofing, painting, siding and general repair and remodeling work. They are licensed and insured. They bill by bid and estimate of the job asking for half down and the remaining half at the end of the project. They hold a Michigan Residential Builders license, an EPA Renovation, Remodeling and Painting Certification, Lead Certifications and BPI Building Analyst certification. They have worked with the CACS weatherization program and are currently working with the Consumer Energy rebate program. Property Resource LLC has worked under the Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for the past three years winterizing over 200 homes in the four counties area. Their work has had to pass inspections by CACS Weatherization and State and Federal Department of Energy (DOE) inspectors.
