In the beginning it was acceptable. Then unfortunately as the year went on the cleaning became very inconsistent . Exactly like all of the other reviews stated. Also I to had some things that went missing. I thought my son was overreacting when he brought it to my attention. Since it was unprovable I let it go. I am grateful I never issued a key. I can't imagine any business not safeguarding a clients house keys. I let them go for poor cleaning and outrageous pricing.

Do not under any circumstances use this service!  The people they send to your home are very questionable.  The cleaning is terrible.  Thing are missed routinely.  I am embarrassed to say that I allowed them to come to my home 4 times.  Each time was a huge disappointment.  I kept thinking it would get better.  The keys to my home are missing.  When I contacted Pam she said she was busy and forgot to call to tell me the keys were missing.  This was two weeks from the time they went missing, and I thought that she was still in possession of them!  This is totally unacceptable.  Pam offered to have the locks re-set but I am uncomfortable with having her handle it, the whole thing feels shady.  The next thing to happen was that a gift card (that was sitting in a jar on my hutch) went missing after the cleaner left.  This cannot be proven but I have never had this happen before and now I am wondering what else is missing that I don't know about.  I feel totally violated.  Missing keys, missing money, and terrible cleaning.  Need I say more.

The first time was supposed to be a thorough housecleaning after a bathroom remodel. All the walls were supposed to be cleaned and some were not. Further, a small area of grout in the new bathroom floor was stained, apparently with a cleaning product. The owner, Pam,was not helpful at all when I spoke to her about the stain. I was able to remove it myself, but was not happy with Pam's response. Against my better judgment, I decided to have Pam send someone out to do a cleaning about two or three weeks after the first one. While the cleaning was satisfactory, I discovered the keys to my front door were missing after the cleaner left. After looking everywhere, I concluded that the cleaner must have taken them, perhaps accidentally. I contacted Pam and she did not respond. After a few days, I contacted her again and informed her that I would be contacting the police about the keys if she didn't get back to me. She then called me and claimed to have had an "emergency" that prevented her from contacting me for nearly a week. She told me her employee didn't know anything about the keys, it was not her problem, etc. I ended up spending over $100 to replace the lock on my front door, which was more than the $80 the cleaning had cost. i would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone - unresponsive and unconcerned about serious issues.

There were many areas of the house that were cleaned well, but obvious areas that were missed. The communication and response from Pam was horrible. I wonder if she hasn't taken on too much and has lost sight of quality.
