Awful and complete waste of money. I think he caught 1 mouse. Bought some traps online and installed them and fixed the problem ourselves. They make you pay upfront and then do nothing.

I thought that it was way over priced and happened way too quickly. In fact, I heard the main team member discussing how fast and easy our job was... I am not happy that this hasn't resulted in the service I want to keep. I will make a decision soon.

Additional 6 treatments was performed every second month.
They were always on time, courteous, and were done in about 1/2 hour.

We haven't had any problems with the service and they keep the pests away. The technicians that come out to spray for pests is always very friendly.

I have been using them for about a year. They are very good. They have been coming about every two months. I think their price is a little high. I will continue to use them again in the future for my pest control.

I called Orkin to inspect our attic after a contractor installing a ceiling fan was accosted by large numbers of biting ants. Orkin confirmed the presence of an ant colony and applied an application of chemcals to kill the colony. They offered a program of continuing control, but I opted for a one-time application so the contractor could complete his work. The ants were not destructive carpenter ants. just small ants that had nested in the insulation. The technician was prompt and courteous and took care of the problem right away. There was no lingering odor from the chemicals. I had noticed ants in our bedroom occasionally prior to the treatment, but haven't seen any since and it's been more than a year. Must be the one-time application did the trick.

I have a recurring contract with them for a couple of years, and I pay them yearly. I am very happy with their service, but I would like them to be cheaper. They always come out when they say they would. I called them out once when there were bees, and they came right out. Lenny is particularly nice. I like him. He is just a really nice guy.

A contractor installing a ceiling fan in our bedroom ran across an aggressive ant colony in the attic while running an electrical connection. He could not complete the job until they were eliminated. I called several pest control companies to see who would be available the soonest to come out and do the job. Orkin was able to send someone out the next afternoon, a Friday, to identify the pests and give me an estimate. The attic is only accessible from a ladder through a hatch in a closet ceiling--not an easy place to get to. I felt bad for the estimator, an older gentleman in a crisp white shirt and tie. But up he went without incident or complaint, and quickly identified the pests as odorus household ants, then gave me my options for treating them. He, of course, recommended a ongoing treatment package that would treat for many types of insects in the home; but since they were not wood-destroying ants and weren't causing ongoing problems, I chose a one-time application to eliminate that particular nest. We arranged for a technician to do the treatment first thing Monday morning. He arrived promptly at 9 a.m. and had the job done within an hour. Our contractor was able to go up and complete the electrical job the next day, at which time he reported seeing no live ants.

Extremely aggressive insects; I had been stung over a dozen times. In the first application of insecticide, the Orkin technician was also stung more than once. The first application was not enough to kill off the wasps; the technician returned once, but the insects were so aggressive, he could not get close to the entrance. They waited until a cool evening to return, and the second application of insecticide was successful

They were very good. If I thought I had a bee problem, they would come out within 2 days to treat it for me. The workers that came out were extremely friendly and professional. If I could, I would definitely use them for more work in the future. The approximate cost listed is what I paid every 2 months.
