O'DONNELL'S REPAIR WEST INC

I am very satisfied with the work done on my car. Of course, I wish it didn't cost so much but new engines and clutches cost money. Rob and the others were great, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They didn't seem upset by my almost daily calls to check up on my vehicle. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was shown my old engine and it was explained to me what went wrong. I really liked that. I feel I got good value for the service and repair and I will definitely be using them in the future and referring my friends to them.

Amazing! Of course the air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer. Called at 4:30 they told me to bring it in the next morning. There were cars lined up out the door when I arrived. Around noon I received a call informing me it was more than just a recharge of the unit. The weather had been unseasonably hot and there were no parts in the area to be found, they would continue to search. They found the part, out of the area, installed it and because it ended up being so much more involved and expensive than originally anticipated, they reduced the price by $150.00! They actually remember what customer service is, and that is a rarity these days.

The repair that cost several hundred dollars included them topping off fluids and putting in $20 of gas to 'test driveand quot; the car, all without asking. If not asked, they should have done it or free. Who puts $20 of gas into a car for test driving purposes???? The repair that it was in for was leaking again within a month. A friend of mine repaired the and quot;repairand quot; for less than $50 and it still works fine. The friend pointed out that whomever repaired it must have shoved this little elbow plastic tube in wrong, it clearly cracked because it was not seated properly. He also recommended that I file a small claims suit against them for their shoddy workmanship. I have not pursued that but since I am reviewing here, want all to know that was a consideration.

They were great. They got it done super quick and were super accommodating, especially since we had a tough schedule. They are really nice guys and they didn't seem to toy with me or anything.
