They provided us a price over the phone per sqft. They came out to look at the floors and gave us a written estimate, which was the same as what we had discussed on the phone. I called them back to schedule the work, they provided me with a date that following week. They showed up on-time, did the work they were supposed to, and it turned out great.
I would highly recommend Mr. Natural for your wood floor refinishing job.

Work was done while we were on vacation and the floors look fantastic!

We had a great experience with Mr. Natural and would highly recommend him.  Our floors look absolutely amazing--the color is perfect and he was able to repair some damaged boards so you'd never know there was a problem.  Mr. Natural is very personable, professional, and his work is top notch.

The majority of the floors in the 1952 home we just purchased are hardwood and desperately needed refinished.  Not being familiar with the area I took a chance and called Matt, Mr. Natural, after reading the Angies List reviews.  I am thrilled with his work!  I have had wood floors refinished by three other contractors and Matt is by far the best.  Not only are the floors BEAUTIFULLY  finished, Matt and his crew cleaned up any excess dust and did not damage the baseboards.  I would definitely call Matt again.

I can't say enough nice things about Matt and his crew from Mr. Natural!!! After having our floors RUINED by another company and a leak in our roof causing more damage, Matt was a lifesaver! Very personable, friendly and hard working. My floors look AMAZING and everyone has commented on how nice they look. Very little mess and the price was worth every penny! I highly recommend this company!

They did a great job. He was really friendly, very experienced and punctual. He even gave us a little discount because my husband is in the military, which I thought was very nice. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

This was a great experience. The owner came out and measured the floors and gave me an estimate before he left. There was no pressure to use his services - just call him back if we wanted to use his services. I called back and he and his crew were able to complete the work the next day. Very accomodating and very thorough. The owner was wonderful and the quality of workmanship was great. Very little dust - light dusting of the baseboards was all that was needed.

It was great! He was very professional and finished the floors within a few days. The floor looked amazing, and there was no mess! It was also very affordable. Mr Natural was friendly and enjoyable to work with!

The work was beautiful and the floor was great. He was super nice and we called before we moved everything in. We had to deal with them for the furniture and it's been really nice. They were super great, he's super friendly. He has his actions for refinishing but I'm not comfortable with the price but I felt reasonable with it.

A friend had referred Mr. Natural to me.  Matt was prompt, efficient and professional.  We wanted to have the floors redone when we were going to be out of the house for a week, so there were 2 meetings and several phone calls before the work was done, to ensure we had covered all the details.  He kept me informed of their progress and finished the job with several days to spare.  The floors are beautiful.  They did a great job.  I've been "living" with the floors now for a couple of weeks and have yet to find a flaw or finish error anywhere.  I have followed his cleaning instructions which were easy and yielded great results.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Service was exceptional. We had just purchased the house and wouldn't be moving furniture in for a few weeks. Mr. Natural went out of his way to fit us in. He did a lovely job too. I would and have recommended him.

I've waited several months to submit this review to ensure that my flooring installation has held up, which it has.  
Matt (Mr. Natural) was very quick to come out and provide an accurate estimate of the cost and time needed for installation of my bamboo flooring.  He provided advice on what flooring would work best in my situation, and one of my two small critiques of him is that when we talked about the product needed, his familiarity with flooring lead him to use terms I wasn't familiar with, and thus it took a couple trips to Menards to make sure I had the same product he was talking about.  It all worked out fine in the end, and I'm not an impulse buyer, so I would have been likely to make a couple trips anyways.
Matt and his other crew member showed up on time, and were ready to work right away.  My other small critique of him is that we didn't do a written specification, so there were a couple of items he wasn't sure whether he was supposed to do or not.  We walked through everything before he started, so it all worked out fine, but my advice is to have him write down "the job" ahead of time.  I was leaving for China the day he started, so there wasn't going to be an opportunity to talk about questions he might have, so we had to have it all confirmed ahead of time.  In other situations, I'm sure he'd call or talk with you at the end of the day to confirm details as needed. 
The installation looks great - all the fit and trim is exactly as it should be.  More importantly to me, the installation is holding up well under pretty tough conditions.  I live on a lake, and the humidity in the house bounces all over the place.  Also, I let the temperature cycle deeply in the winter, letting it go into the 50s while I'm at work in the day, and up to 70 when I'm home.  This also pushes the humidity way down in the winter.  The floor has stayed rock steady through all the temperature and humidity swings.
The price of the product (which Matt picked up for me) and the installation was very good.  I suspect there are folks that would do it cheaper, but I felt I received excellent value for my dollar.  Bottom line is that if I have additional flooring work to do, I'll go back to Mr. Natural.

Both times we used Mr. Natural, we were incredibly pleased with the quality of the work. They did a great job installing new wood floors and we couldn't believe how nice our old wood floors looked after they were refinished. Matt is such a nice, friendly guy - it's a pleasure to do business with him. We found the price charged for both jobs to be very reasonable.
They were a bit more responsive when we contacted them in 2010, but I think that's only because it was obvious we caught them at a very busy time in 2013. Even though they were incredibly busy, the work was scheduled quickly both times. Very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with the entire process. It had to be done in two stages, since we had to move furniture around. They did the living room, dining room, and stairs first. Then 10 days later, after the floors in the first part had cured, they did the bedrooms (including closets) and hallway. They did a very good of cleaning up. They were always on time, always cheerful, and easy to work with. I recommend Mr. Natural to anyone who wants to have beautiful floors.
