I been to them quite a few times for laser hair removal and next month, I'm going to have a whole face thing done.

The experience was good. She is thorough.

Dr. Bhupalam is very kind and easy to work with. He does not push and is willing to listen to any concerns I had. Overall, a very good experience.

After going to another Lansing endocrinologist due to postpartum thyroiditis and also finding out through an ultrasound and biopsy that I have nodules I wanted a second opinion because I was told I needed to have my thyroid removed.  I had heard mixed reviews on Dr. Carella so when I scheduled my appointment I new I needed to go in with an open mind.  On the day of my appointment my husband came with me.  Dr Carella was very friendly and suggested that before we jump to the conclusion that my thyroid needed to come out why don't we have his pathologist look over the biopsy results.  Boy am I so glad I got this second opinion as the results came back very differently.  His pathologist suggested re evaluating me through blood work and also another possible byopsy in a year as he was confident the previous results were not cancerous as the first dr. stated.  So glad to have made this appointment with Dr. Carella.  My only complaint is that he's EXTREMELY hard to get into.

They are okay. I have had the same doctor for the last 15 years. He is honest. He gets straight to the point. He believes in preventative healthcare. I am a diabetic and he is a diabetics specialist.

She is very thorough and she listens to her patients.

They don't refill the prescriptions, over the phone; so I had to go over and see the doctor. Everything was fine. I had no complaints. I have been going there for many years. They have all my records and they know me.

It went well.  It was to determine if nodules on my thyroid gland were malignant. Fortunately they were not!

He only assigns tests when needed and then helps you to understand your choices.

Great!  Results for specific issues were resolved with the doctor providing the necessary instructions and exercises and prescription for elbow strap.

He usually rushes in and out without much discussion.  Once he orders tests it is difficult to get him to explain the results.

She's very thorough, very patient, gentle and I really like her. My sister also goes to her. I think she's an A all the way because she is very good.

The doctors and the staff there are knowledgeable, responsive and concerned. They follow up.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The office staff  is professional.  Dr Luea takes his time during your exam to ask/answer questions.

Dr Ropp is well prepared and thorough.  His communication skills and bedside manner are excellent.  He has started me on blood pressure medication.  And monitoring it closely with blood tests and subsequent visits.

I do usually wait 15 before seeing Dr Luea but when he arrives he takes extra time to discuss any health issues and options for addressing them. His office is professional and customer service oriented.

After a short wait, I went in and we went over test results and recommendations. She answered my questions clearly and completely. She was flexible and helped minimize my out of pocket expenses since my insurance changed.

The whole office is very personable, customer service is good, and they have a skilled staff, they can pin down illness and make recommendations quickly.

If you cannot get in with your own doctor, they always have a doctor available that you can get in with.  I go to him every three months.  He is really thorough, and he always reminds me to get the prescriptions in order for me not go back again.  Everybody in there just work really hard to provide all your needs and to keep you better.

Was initially hospitalized for 10 days with diabetes type 1 and osteo mellitis which is a bone infection. When i was released I was told to schedule a follow up right away (I had a pic line installed for iv treatments) and I could not get an appt. for three weeks.
I have decided that this is not a place I will continue going and have sought a doctor elsewhere.

Had meds changed to new ones. New ones still causing problems so was told to cut in half. Still not happy! Have another appointment coming up.

Dr. Handro has been my regular doctor since we first went to Mid-Michigan Physicians when we moved here in June, 2005.  He always performs my annual physical, and in fact found that my PSA was starting to go up at a faster than normal rate in years 2009 and 2009.  He sent me to Dr. Leonard Zuckerman (see my report on him, too), who determined that I had prostate cancer.  Because Dr. Handro caught it in the early stages, I was able to have a prostatectomy with the best possible results that one can have with this procedure.  Thank you, Dr. Handro.
